REVI is a new concept in excursions to Martinique combining discovery of the island, well-being and personal development.
We offer a half-day tour combining the benefits of the sea and the river with the riches of the plant world (tropical fruits, natural treatments and spas), while taking part in coaching sessions in the heart of nature (yoga, meditation).
This service is open to all, including children.
The programme for the session (5 hours):
1) Tasting of fresh fruit juices in gourds (coconut water, local juices).
2) Body wake-up and volcanic black sand scrub (sea side).
3) Seasonal tropical fruit snack (natural tray, various fruits, explanation of their virtues).
4) Discover a natural 'jacuzzi' (river side, waterfall, natural spa...).
5) Introduction to Zen art and mediation (guided session).
6) Small personal development workshop (letting go...).
7) Tasting of banana and manioc chips (with natural local drinks...)
Half-day option (7.30am to 12.30pm); every day of the week (minimum of 4 people per session); special group option on request (full day with meal).
